John Galliano, Chairperson of Fashion Fringe recently flew to London to announce his three finalists for this year’s platform at an exclusive party at iconic private members club, The Club at The Ivy.

John Galliano remains one of the world’s most exciting, innovative and influential fashion designers, and has been at the forefront of fashion for 25 years.  He produces 35 collections a year including ready-to-wear Galliano and Dior, Haute Couture Dior and John Galliano menswear.

Mission, along with friends including Narcsville’s Nick Scott, were invited along to GF Smith’s ‘Art on Paper, since 1885’ exhibition at 33 Portland Place.

Featuring the work of Saul Bass, Paul Rand and Milton Glaser, the exhibition takes you on a optically exciting journey of the last 125 years of one of Britain’s finest Paper companies.

Situated in the heart of Mayfair, located at 100 Mount Street, across the road from Scott’s, The Mount Street Deli will sell specialist foods, sourced principally from Italy and The British Isles.

For the first time ever, favourite dishes from many of London’s legendary private members’ clubs will be available to a wider audience.  Annabel’s chocolate cake, Mark’s Club Scotch eggs and grissini, polpetta and pizza from Harry’s Bar will be on the menu and customers can enjoy them inside the deli, on the terrace or at home.

Social Media is not a new concept, Youtube has existed for 5 years, Facebook for 7.

Last week during Cannes film festival, the notorious Grace Jones, and jazz-enthused singer Rox, performed at the Belvedere Vodka party at Le Baron.

Both singers had the crowd dancing the night away into the early hours of the morning with their stellar performances!

So far the 6 lucky Nokia X6 reporters have been to the Nokia X6 launch party in London, LA for VIP events for the Oscars, Austria for the snowbombing festival and have watched Rihanna perform live in London.

They recently flew to Spain to report from the Spanish Grand Prix, where they got to watch the F1 race, had a personal tour of the Mercedes F1 garage and had the pleasure of interviewing driver Norbert Siedler, who races in the Porsche Mobil 1 Supercup.

The reporters are currently in Cannes for the Cannes Film Festival, which is the last assignment for the reporters before one of them becomes the official Nokia X6 reporter for a year.
